Processing time

Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Every item is double-boxed with foam padding before it leaves — these are one-of-a-kind vintage machines, and we pack them like it.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. For international shipment, please contact us directly for shipping details.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Rates reflect the actual size and weight of vintage computer equipment, which tends to be heavier and bulkier than typical parcels.

Multi-unit bundles

Some listings (for example, a computer sold together with an external drive, keyboard, or a second machine) ship as multiple boxes packed separately, even though they're one order.

Combined shipping

Buying more than one item? Message us before or right after checkout — we're often able to combine shipping and refund the difference.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Damage in transit

Vintage electronics, especially CRT displays, can be sensitive to rough handling. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the box and item before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund Policy for what happens next.
